This is a family-friendly, multi-generational ceramics workshop that allows participants to create in a safe, supportive atmosphere, where they spend quality time together and bond through creativity and art. All are welcome to this workshop! The cost is $7 per student to cover supplies and kiln firing. Register and pay online to let us know you'll be attending and reserve a spot. This class is popular and has a limited number of spots available so if you need to cancel please let us know by contacting our office directly at 216-398-8556. Younger children should be accompanied by an adult to assist them. Please, read our class policy before registering. Gather with friends or family to craft your own cozy luminary using clay. This hands-on workshop is perfect for all ages and skill levels. Saturday, Mar. 29th Ceramic Flowers with Meri Ruble Welcome the joy of spring with a hands-on ceramics workshop led by teaching artist Meri Ruble! In this family-friendly class, participants will learn essential clay techniques, including wedging, slipping, and scoring, to create cute ceramic flower dishes. Perfect for all ages, this workshop offers a fun, relaxed environment to explore the art of ceramics and celebrate the new season. Saturday, May 31st Tile-Making with Thalia Arias Join us for a hands-on ceramic tile workshop, perfect for friends and families! In this interactive session, participants will learn techniques for creating unique ceramic tiles, from rolling out slabs to carving, adding elements, and incorporating patterns and textures. Whether you’re new to ceramics or have some experience, this workshop offers a fun and creative way to explore ceramics. Important: Ceramics take approximately two weeks to dry and be fired. Your work will be available for pickup once firing is complete. Please pick up your items promptly, as storage space is limited. Any work left unclaimed for more than three months may be discarded.
