Art Class Policies

Please read carefully before registering for a class.

Registering For a Class

​

You can register for a class one of three ways:

​

  • Register online (Note if there is a fee due, you will need to pay that when you register.)

​​

  • By telephone by calling 216.398.8556

​​

​

​

Payment

​

  • To hold your spot in a class, a form of payment is required at the time of enrollment. If you register online, you will need to pay via credit card or through your Paypal account. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

​​

  • If there is room and enough materials, we will accept registration and payment at the door. (Please call us at 216.398.8556 to make sure we have room for you!)

​​

  • Please make checks and money orders payable to Art House Inc.

​​

  • Please note that credit cards processed over the phone will incur a $2 processing fee.

​Registration Terms & Conditions

​

  • All students must register for classes and programs directly with Art House. Full payment must be received at time of registration.

​​

  • After the 1st meeting for the class/program, full fees are non-refundable except for unavoidable illness or events. Exceptions are made at the full discretion of Art House. Refunds due to illness require a letter from a medical provider.

​​

  • Art House reserves the right to cancel classes/programs due to lack of enrollment. Art House will reimburse those students who have paid for classes.

​​

  • In the event of class cancellation, we do our best to notify registered participants in advance via email or telephone. Please make sure we have your updated and correct contact information.

​

  • Art House staff will contact students directly to notify of class cancellation and/or changes due to lack of enrollment.

​​

  • In the event a registered participant must cancel participation, only 80% of tuition is refundable from time of registration until the 1st meeting of class unless class in cancelled due to lack of enrollment.

​​

  • Makeup classes/programs will only be scheduled if a teacher cancels or due to inclement weather.

​​

  • If possible, Art House will reschedule any cancelled classes/programs due to bad weather in cooperation with the instructor. In the event of bad weather, please contact Art House via telephone at 216.398.8556 or via email to programs@arthouseinc.org for an update.

  • Students will not be offered make-up classes if the student cannot attend or misses a class.

​​

  • You will not be contacted for confirmation prior to class start date unless you register online. Online registrations receive and immediate confirmation via email and a reminder email 3 days before the event or class.

​​

  • If you register by telephone, in person, or vial email, you will not receive a confirmation or reminder email. Please call us if you have questions.

​​

  • Art House has wheelchair accessible entrance and restrooms.

​​

  • Unless you notify us otherwise, all adults, students and children agree to allow Art House to use photographs and/or video in which they appear at a class or event for public relations and media use related to Art House only.

​​

  • Personal emails and other information gathered through this site or via email or telephone is for Art House use only, and will not be shared or sold to any other person or entity.
