Doug Pease
President
Doug Pease is the Head of Trading at Carnegie Investment Counsel located in Pepper Pike, OH. Prior to returning home to the Cleveland area, he worked in Chicago for five years as an Associate Analyst covering Industrial and Steel companies for two firms. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a graduate of University School. He lives in Brooklyn Centre and enjoys watching after his pets, rooting for CLE and CU sports, movies, reading and traveling.

Adam Stalder
Vice President
Adam Stalder is the Director of Community Stabilization at Cuyahoga Land Bank. Adam has 14 years of community development experience, most recently serving as the Executive Director of Northwest Neighborhoods CDC (NWN). Prior 2020, he worked in real estate development, economic development, and served as Managing Director of Metro West Community Development Organization. Adam has a master’s degree in urban planning, design and development from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in geography from The Ohio State University. He even grew up on a farm in Athens, Ohio and still goes back every year for the county fair.
Jose Montero
Treasurer
Nancy Fisher Crum is a retired health care executive with over 34 years of work experience in healthcare financial management, compensation, and benefits. She held various executive positions at Cleveland Clinic and The MetroHealth System. In retirement, she has enjoyed serving on not-for-profit Boards and providing counseling related to her business experience. She also enjoys living a creative life by performing in music groups (singing and playing guitar) as well as dabbling in arts and crafts, staying active, and traveling. Ms. Fisher Crum has an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a BSBA specializing in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
John Foley
John Foley is passionate about the arts, language, literature, and education. He studied fine art at Columbus College of Art and Design, and Kent State University, and holds a degree in art history from Cleveland State University. His art history coursework took him to London and Paris, and his studies in modern languages led him to the Universidad de Costa Rica. John and his wife Danielle live in the Brooklyn Center neighborhood in a very old house (near the Cleveland Public Library Brooklyn Branch where Danielle is currently writing a fantasy series and graphic novel!) They love being unofficial ambassadors for Cleveland and have three kids that give them the opportunity to see first hand what it means for children to develop a love for learning and to learn persistence and creative problem solving when they are given the opportunity and encouragement to spend time practicing skills and completing works of art. John is immensely proud of Art House’s mission to inspire exploration and expression through the visual arts and sees in his own home everyday how art can shape our lives and make our communities better.
Bruce Page
Bruce Page was born and raised in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood of Cleveland. He also currently resides in Old Brooklyn. Bruce is married with two sons. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design. Bruce has been a part owner in Honey Hut Ice Cream for 40 years, and he does not plan to retire. His hobbies are gardening, kayaking, and repairing appliances.
Jose Montero has been a board member of the Art House for about 7 years now. He was born and raised in Venezuela and came to the U.S at the age of 20 years old to pursue his college career and better opportunities. Jose works as a Systems Cloud Engineer at Hubbell Incorporated, a company that manufactures electronic and electrical components throughout the world. He and his family are residents of Avon, Ohio. His son Gabriel is in college and his daughter Sophia is in high-school. As the Chair for the Engagement Committee at Art House, he is in charge of organizing events and fundraisers for the organization. In his free time he likes traveling, sports activities, and riding his bicycle.
Tony Brancatelli
A lifelong resident of the Slavic Village area Anthony (Tony) Brancatelli devoted his professional life to his community and to the city of Cleveland. A graduate of Cleveland South High School and Cleveland State University, he started his career in commercial finance and swiftly moved into the non-profit world as Executive Director of Slavic Village Development (formerly Broadway Area Housing Coalition,) a position he held for 17 years. There he strove to preserve and improve the ethnically diverse industrial community in Southeast Cleveland. In 2005 Brancatelli was appointed to Cleveland City Council to fill the term vacated by Edward Rybka and was subsequently elected to four terms, serving 17 years. He also serves on numerous local and county wide boards. During his 34 years of community service Tony has appeared on numerous broadcasts around the world, and has been honored with numerous awards. Currently he is the President of Sustainable Slavic Village, a new business venture created with his wife Gail Glamm.
John Rakauskas
John Rakauskas graduated from Western Reserve University with a Bachelor's in Architecture. He is a registered architect in the state of Ohio. He has worked with several large and medium size Cleveland architectural firms, working as project architect and designer on a wide range of projects. He currently has his own private practice named RAKAUSKAS * ARCHITECTURE LLC, where he is the sole proprietor with flexible staffing, working on mostly commercial and institutional projects along with some residential. He has won awards, and is a member on numerous committees. John is also a singer, song-writer, and guitarist.
