Details: Draw, Paint, sing, sculpt, collage, and play in a uniquely creative space. We will read fun stories, play with terrific art materials- including mixing and pouring paint- and share our artwork with new friends. Parent participation optional.

Details: Gain confidence in self expression through a hands-on studio experience. Artists will have the chance to create self-portraits, neighborhood maps, and stuff for your walls at home… all inspired by what interests you!

Details: Bring your drawings to life in this imaginative and fun workshop. Students will learn how to create three dimensional sculptures using clay, inspired from their own drawings. The building techniques of slab, coil, and pinch construction will be used. In addition, various hand tool how-to’s will be demonstrated. Colorful glazes will finish off pieces and they will be kiln-fired at Art House.

Details: Just for teens! Make art from clay that reflects your personality while learning techniques ranging from simple handbuilt tiles that you decorate to more elaborate pottery wheel-thrown bowls and pots. You’ll experiment with designing your ceramic art plus painting and drawing with glazes.

NEW! Collage and Drawing Mashup Madness

Details: Combine photographs, magazine pictures, patterns, and textures with your own drawings to make fascinating artwork that can tell a story and look realistic or imaginary- or both!

FAMILY OPEN STUDIO

Third Saturday of every month from 1-3 pm
Class Fee: FREE! (Unless otherwise noted)
Enjoy spending time with your family as you make individual pieces or family art works. Each month has a theme and Art House provides the materials. Make an adventure of it by exploring your imagination and using those creative images to form your art work.
