Art House, Inc., is a nonprofit art center, founded in 1999, and located in historic Brooklyn Centre, between the Ohio City and Old Brooklyn neighborhoods of Cleveland, Ohio. The organization was founded by local artists and residents who are dedicated to the belief that the arts enrich lives and help create better communities. Our 3,000 square foot studio facility is housed in a 1948 domed Quonset building. Art House also owns an 1885 Victorian House, which will be renovated for future programming.

Our mission is to nurture involvement in the arts and culture, providing opportunities for people to create, learn, and communicate ideas while encouraging self-expression, thereby strengthening the community. Our purpose is to provide high quality visual and creative arts classes for people of all ages and skill levels. Our goal is to enrich the lives of those that live in our community, to encourage and strengthen the careers of local artists, and to promote learning through the arts.

Our programming includes:
  • Beginning to intermediate level art classes and workshops for adults, teens, youth, and pre-school children.
  • Hands-on family art making workshops.
  • Art workshops for professional artists.
